On Santo Antao, you will be staying in a lovely hotel in the mountains with its own pool and spectacular views from its bourgainvillea framed terrace.

Santo Antao explorer extension 4nights

Accommodation in twin share, en-suite rooms on a breakfast only basis throughout (dinner is included at Hotel Pedracin), return airport/ferry transfers on Sao Vicente and Santo Antao, return ferry tickets to Santo Antao, 1 x half day and 2 x full day guided island tours with lunch, visas, island representation and air ticket reconfirmation. PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE LIMITED NUMBER OF GUIDES ON THE ISLANDS THERE MAY BE OTHER PEOPLE WITH YOU.

There are lots of different international flight options to Cape Verde, so whenever we give you a flight quotation, we will quote you the cheapest and most appropriate available price.

Day 1 Arrive Sao Vicente. Transfer to Hotel Porto Grande

You will be met in Sao Vicente airport and transferred to your hotel in Mindelo (15 minutes).

Day 2 Mindelo full day city tour

Today you will have one of our knowledgeable guides to take you on a walk through the historical parts of the city as well as the fish and vegetable markets, you'll stop for coffee and a cake (included) and visit a pottery school and guitar workshop. Later you'll drive to a viewpoint above the town to appreciate the beauty of the bay enclosing Mindelo.

Day 3 Ferry to Santo Antao. Half day tour.

Today you will be transferred to the ferry terminal (5 minutes) for your ferry to Santo Antao (1 hour). On arrival at Porto Novo, you'll be transferred to your accommodation in the hills (90 minutes) with a half day tour included.

Day 4 Full day tour of Paul Valley

You will be collected in the morning for your full day tour with a guide visiting the fertile Paul valley and the interesting fishing town of Ponta do Sol, stopping on the way at various viewpoints.

Day 5 Depart Santo Antao

Today you are transferred to the ferry terminal (90 minutes) for your ferry to Sao Vicente. On arrival, you are transferred to the airport for your onward flight.
