Staying at the Apart Hotel Santa Maria just a few minutes walk from the kite surf school, you'll learn to kite surf in one of the best places in the world. We include an 11 hour beginners course using 4 and 5 line kites starting with some beach training, then you move into the water and perform the 'Body Drag' and then finally you are ready to try out the board. By the end of your course you should be able to enter the water and leave it on the board.

Accommodation in twin share, en-suite rooms on a breakfast only basis, return airport transfers on Sal, 11 hours of kite surfing lessons (equipment included), visas, island representation, and air ticket reconfirmation.

International flights (we will look for the best flight for your chosen date of departure). Meals not specified above and insurance. Additional excursions on free days.

There are lots of different international flight options to Cape Verde, so whenever we give you a flight quotation, we will quote you the cheapest and most appropriate available price.

Day 1 Arrive Sal. Transfer to Apart Hotel Santa Maria.

You will be met in Sal airport and transferred to your hotel in Santa Maria (20 minutes).

Day 2 11 hour Introduction to Kite Surfing course spread over a few days.

Today you will start your Kite Surfing course on the beach in front of the hotel. Initially you will be learning to control the kite on the beach before moving into the water

Day 3 Continuation of Kite Surf course / practice kite surfing

Today you will continue your kite surf class and if time you can hire your own equipment to practise on your own afterwards (hire after course not included).

Day 4 Continuation of Kite Surf course / practice kite surfing

Today you will continue your kite surf class and if time you can hire your own equipment to practise on your own afterwards (hire after course not included).

Day 5 Continuation of Kite Surf course / practice kite surfing

If you have already completed your kite surfing course then you will be able to hire your own equipment to practise (hire after course not included).
